I would love the opportunity to share how the Academy of Learning has helped me grow as a person. It was not an easy journey being a mother of three, working full time, all while studying Medical Office Administration. There were many challenges along the way, but the staff at AOLCC Kingston kept motivating me. Even when I felt like I just didn't have what it took, the patience displayed and motivation along the way kept me going. It is an amazing thing to have accomplished, and even better to look back and say I did it regardless of all the roadblocks!

Academy of Learning Career College is the way to go!
In the beginning they assisted in choosing the right course for me by looking at my previous experience and my wants and needs from a career. The application process was very easy, and Tara walked me through everything.
I loved that the hours were flexible so that I was able to tend to my family while still being able to work on school in between. The courses were very easy to navigate, and I liked that there were practice exercises that we were able to do over and over again in order to further develop the skill.
I was paired with a wonderful Learning Coach named Rachael, who was so helpful and celebrated every little victory with me. When it came time to look for employment, both Tara and Rachael started sending emails with job postings for me to look at. Rachael even helped me with a very extensive application. I am so grateful for all the support I received during my course and very happy with my decision to enroll in Academy of Learning Career College.

My name is Lexie, and I am a graduate of the Medical Office Administration diploma program at Academy of Learning on the Kingston Campus.
I have had an overall wonderful experience at AOLCC. There were times where I had difficulty understanding some course content, but there was always someone to ask for help. I was able to work at my own pace, which allowed me to work part time while engaged in full-time studies. I was able to set my own schedule and could attend the college whenever I needed help. There was always someone close by to answer questions or go through material I was struggling with.
I owe a lot of my success to the entire staff. If it wasn’t for them, I would not have received my college diploma. AOLCC is there for you to learn and excel in the way that works best for you. I am so glad I chose AOLCC Kingston and I hope you do, too!

I just wanted to let you know that I sincerely enjoyed this learning journey with Racheal, my mentor, and appreciated all of her help, knowledge, and extra pieces like videos or other notes that she had to help me throughout some of the courses. She was very helpful and always solved my questions. If I was confused about something she would always take the time to explain it to me.
I also like how it is a go at your own pace style of learning and doing one course at a time, so it wasn’t overwhelming. I thought that the course delivery was awesome, and I didn't feel pressured to have to try to memorize everything. Thank you for this learning opportunity.
