A+ Certification Preparation
This entry-level program is designed to prepare students for the CompTIA A+ Certification. Students obtain the skills required to assemble components based on customer requirements; install, configure, and maintain devices, PCs, and software for end users; understand the basics of networking and security/forensics; properly diagnose, resolve, and document common hardware and software issues.
Computer Service Technician
This program prepares students to address the problems they may encounter when servicing personal computers. It provides in-depth knowledge of computer hardware. Students will have practical, hands-on experience in troubleshooting computer problems and assembling a computer. This program prepares students to take the CompTIA A+, Network+, and Server+ certification exams.
Graphic Designer
In the Graphic Designer diploma program, students learn the software programs that every professional designer needs to know: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Students learn techniques for creating digital images, illustrations, and layouts, and they develop a strong theoretical foundation in color, typography, and composition.
MCSA: Windows Server
This program is designed to prepare students to write the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows Server 2012 certification exams. The MCSA Windows Server 2012 certification demonstrates knowledge and skills in working with Windows Server 2012. The certification validates that a candidate has the skills and knowledge necessary for implementing, managing, maintaining, and provisioning services and infrastructure in a Windows Server 2012 environment.
Network Administrator
This program provides students with the necessary skill and in-depth knowledge to plan, install, and provide routine control over and manage exceptional situations in relation to quality communications network services in an information system.
PC Support Specialist
This program prepares students to deal with the problems they may encounter when supporting personal computers in an office environment. The program provides in-depth knowledge of both computer hardware and software and prepares students to take the CompTIA A+, Network+, and Server+ certification examinations.
Software and Web Developer
Students learn the coding languages that every web developer needs to know: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Students then broaden their skill set with a strong foundation in SQL, C#, and the .NET Framework that will lead to additional opportunities in the world of software development.
Web Designer
This program provides students with the necessary skills and knowledge to build a web design foundation, learn industry-standard software programs, and produce a well-rounded and exciting portfolio. Students learn how to plan and design compelling and interactive websites and learn to use industry-related programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Animate, for website designs.
